DELIVERY ISSUES & SUPPORT
Package Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
• Check with neighbours or building management
• Contact your local post office with tracking number

Package Damaged in Transit
• Take photos of damaged packaging and product
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We'll arrange replacement or full refund
Lost Package
• If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (Australian orders) or 21+ days (International)
• Contact us with your order number
• We'll file a claim and send replacement or issue full refund
